1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Messaging API Service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service provides a REST API interface for sending and receiving messages. It includes:

  • Multi-account instance management
  • REST API for sending text, media, locations, and reactions
  • Webhook forwarding for incoming messages
  • Web dashboard for instance management
3. User Responsibilities
  • You must comply with the messaging platform's Terms of Service and Business Policy
  • You are responsible for the content of messages sent through the Service
  • You must not use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
  • You must keep your API keys and credentials secure
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Rate Limits and Usage

The Service is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of your account. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the Service has not been used. No refunds are provided for partial months or after API usage has occurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
